Abstract:

Background: Exclusive breastfeeding is the best pattern for feeding infants in the first 6 months of life. On the other hand, lactation patterns may be influenced by CULTURAL factors. The present study aimed to determine RELATIONSHIPS of Hofstede's CULTURAL dimensions and lactation patterns in lactating mother. Materials and Methods: The present cross-sectional study was conducted on 452 mothers with infants 6 months old and younger in 2018. Eight centers were selected from all health centers in Isfahan, Iran through cluster random sampling. The samples were lactating mothers who referred to health centers for receiving self and infant care. Data was collected using two questionnaires. The first questionnaire examined personal and fertility characteristics and lactation patterns. The second questionnaire was a self-administered structured questionnaire for CULTURAL dimensions. Content validity index and relative content validity coefficient were respectively 0. 80 and 0. 70 for the CULTURAL dimension questionnaire. Data were analyzed using SPSS software version 18. 0. Results: The majority of mothers (64. 4%, n=291) had exclusive breastfeeding. In the masculinityfemininity dimension, the mean score of exclusive breastfeeding pattern was higher than the nonexclusive breastfeeding (3± 0. 48, 2. 48± 0. 50) and there were significant statistical differences between exclusive and non-exclusive breastfeeding groups (p = 0. 03). In other CULTURAL dimensions, despite there being a difference in mean of the dimensions in exclusive breastfeeding and non-exclusive breastfeeding groups, it was not statistically significant. Conclusion: Masculinity-femininity as a CULTURAL dimension was associated with lactation patterns, so that mothers with greater orientation towards masculinity had higher focus on gender roles of a woman such as breastfeeding and they had greater exclusive breastfeeding. But others dimensions were not associated with lactation patterns.

Abstract:

The effect of translation on political, economic and CULTURAL relations is an undeniable issue. Translation is one of the ways to convey information and knowledge all over the world. Moreover, it is a way to establish RELATIONSHIPS among nations with different languages. Iran and Armenia are two very close peoples that have had deep relations from antiquity and share a common culture, background and destiny. One of the main aspects in translation which helps to study CULTURAL relations between two nations is the history of translation. Studying the Persian-Armenian translations and becoming familiar with professional translators, will give us information about Iran and Armenia and their interactions. Despite all these relations and common points, unfortunately little attention has been paid to the history of translated works in Persian and Armenian languages up to now. The main goal of this historical research is to introduce the history of Persian-Armenian translations in Iran and Armenia and its trend after the Islamic revolution of Iran.

Abstract:

Purpose: ethical and CULTURAL factors in the auditing field; due to the property of being invisible; They are not easily observable, and for this reason, asymmetric information appears and the company and the capital market move out of their optimal balance, which means market failure. Based on this, moral and CULTURAL factors affect the interests of auditors and company stakeholders. The purpose of this research is to investigate the role of CULTURAL factors and professional ethics of auditors on the interests of companies in the form of dynamic game theory. Method: The current research is of developmental type. In the present research, the game theory approach has been used. The first actors were the managers and board members of the top 50 capital market companies. The second community is the trusted members of the trusted auditing institutions of the Stock Exchange Organization. A questionnaire was used to collect information. Findings: In this research, three neural network approaches of support vectors, Bayesian and Crossberg anti-propagation were used to repeat the game and create Nash equilibrium. Based on the results of Crossberg's anti-diffusion method, it has higher accuracy in modeling the behavior between players. Conclusion: The results showed the fact that the increase of CULTURAL and ethical indicators have a negative effect on the price and a positive effect on the company's sales. As a result, the improvement of CULTURAL and ethical indicators increases the interests of all stakeholders and actors active in the capital market. Contribution:Deviation from CULTURAL and ethical indicators by auditors increases inefficiency in the company and reduces the level of interests of the beneficiaries.

Abstract:

The present study was conducted with the aim of comparing the Cross-CULTURAL RELATIONSHIPS between flourishing and self-compassion among Iranian and Swedish students. Research method was correlational research and research popular include of all students in Islamic Azad University in Iran and Opsela University in Sweden. In order to access the research aim, 179 students (99 Iranian students and 80 Swedish students) responded to Seligman flourishing (conducted with solimani and et al, 2015) and Neff self-compassion (2003) scales. Data analysis methods included descriptive methods and Pearson correlation method. The results showed that the correlation between flourishing and self-compassion was significant among Iranian students (p≤, 0. 01), but was not significant among Swedish students(p≥, 0. 05). Also, among Iranian students, all components of flourishing were meaningful with all components of self-compassion(p≤, 0. 01), but it was not meaningful among Swedish students(p≥, 0. 05). Therefore, self-compassion and its dimensions (self-kindness, common human experiences and Mindfullness) will expand the flourishing components (Positive emotions, Engagement, RELATIONSHIPS, Meaning and Achievement).

Abstract:

The need for intimacy with the opposite sex is a natural and innate need in all human beings, and marriage is a suitable way to meet this need. The recent decrease in the age of awareness and sexual maturity, on the one hand, and also the emergence of economic problems, on the other, have put many young people in a difficult situation. The changes in the value system have gradually provided the basis for the emergence of new patterns of sexual behavior among some Iranian youth. Meanwhile, one of the important factors that influence the youth values and attitudes towards family, marriage, and communication patterns with the opposite sex is modern communication media. To manage the process of this influence more accurately by the CULTURAL managers, it is necessary to clarify its details carefully. Target: The purpose of this study is to study the relationship between CULTURAL consumption (reading books, using satellites and using of virtual networks) and youth attitudes toward girl-boy friendships. In particular, it is considered to investigate and accurately identify the dimensions of this impact. Another important aim of research is to identify the variables that can affect the strength and weakness of girls' susceptibility to CULTURAL consumption. Method: The research is a cross-sectional survey whose data was collected using a structured questionnaire tool and was carried out in 1397. The statistical population includes girls who have never been married, aged 20-34 years in Tehran. The sampling method was a combination of multi-stage and systematic random classification methods. To measure the bivariate relationship between the dependent variable which is an interval (girls' attitude towards girl-boy friendship) and the independent variables which are on an interval scale (age, education level, level of religiosity, reading books, satellite usage and social networks usage) Pearson correlation coefficient was used. Moreover, to measure the bivariate relationship between the dependent variable and the residence area variable, which is on an ordinal scale, the F test was used. Considering that the dependent variable is an interval, to measure the multivariate analysis between the dependent variable and the independent variables, the multivariate linear regression test was used. Findings: The distribution of girls according to age groups indicates that 40. 5% are in the age group of 20-24, 34. 3% are in the age group of 25-29, and 25. 2% are in the age group of 30-34. The findings indicated a high prevalence of positive attitude towards girl-boy friendship among girls. The findings showed that only 19. 8% of the participants-less than one fifth-of the studied girls had a negative attitude towards such RELATIONSHIPS. Considering the negative consequences of these friendships for personal, familial and social life, this is an alarm that emphasizes the need to educate and inform young. The next noteworthy finding is the low rate of book reading among the young people. According to the findings, the average book reading among more than 60% of girls aged 20-24 was zero to less than one hour during the day. Considering the role of book reading in transferring the CULTURAL heritage, strengthening awareness and wisdom, modeling correct and low-risk thinking and behavior in the life, the low reading per capita, especially among the young generation, is a serious warning and requires a detailed pathological study. Especially, it should be seen what other activities replace this useful time and what. Conclusion: Emphasize two important principles about how to manage friendship RELATIONSHIPS among young people: teaching media literacy and religious education, especially the consolidation of religious beliefs, which in turn will lead to adherence to religious requirements and a strong and effective inner, emotional connection with God. Therefore, another proposal of the research is planning of more efficient and effective religious education of the young generation from childhood and adolescence. Religious teachings are full of moral teachings, including teachings about preserving the privacy of communication with the opposite sex, in such a way that religious beliefs create a strong motivation for self-restraint and practical commitment in people, and this self-control is the basis for more correct management of risky behaviors, even in the absence of an external observer. According to the findings, and considering the huge amount of time young people spend in cyberspace, one of the most important strategies for CULTURAL intervention and management can be the production of valuable content that suits the needs and tastes of the young generation in cyberspace.

Abstract:

Introduction: Extramarital RELATIONSHIPS are considered as one of the most serious threats to the stability of marital relations and family functioning, one of the main reasons for divorce, and one of the most critical issues faced by families. Accordingly, the present study aimed to explore extramarital RELATIONSHIPS in women and find out social and CULTURAL factors affecting such RELATIONSHIPS. Methods: This study was conducted qualitatively using a qualitative content analysis method. The data were collected to the theoretical saturation point through semi-structured interviews with 34 women. Results: The analysis of the participants’ experiences indicated that a set of CULTURAL factors and major developments such as individualism, changing values and promoting alternative values, the absence of an authentic relationship, facilitating effects of technology and social media, changing women’ s attitudes toward womanhood and its responsibilities, and diminution of religious and ideological beliefs play a role in the emergence and increase of extramarital RELATIONSHIPS. Conclusion: The development of extramarital RELATIONSHIPS in women is not just an individual phenomenon but a process influenced by many factors. Therefore, the role of CULTURAL and social factors in the formation and increase of these RELATIONSHIPS should not be underestimated.

Abstract:

Good and healthy communication between physician and patient is cornerstone of a complete medical care that has long been considered in sociology. From the classical point of view, the physician-patient relationship as a unique relationship encompasses a wide range of CULTURAL and social influences. Electronic health record not only has facilitated the treatment and diagnosis process, but also has promoted the health care system by organizing patient records; however, it alters the physician-patient relationship process CULTURALly and it will create new ethical challenges. Based on current findings and analyses Opinions of health experts about the CULTURAL and communication dimensions of this technology, the electronic health record, despite its effectiveness, easy and convenient diagnosis, awareness of other physicians' diagnosis, earlier and better treatment, has CULTURAL obstacles such as security, reduction of emotional and face-to-face actions, and fear of social stigma. Having a suitable CULTURAL context and information and awareness can affect development of health technology. The results of this study, which have identified the role of culture on physician-patient RELATIONSHIPS in context of using electronic health record, shows that building trust in patients and changing CULTURAL conditions through education and improving system security can increase the efficiency of this system in health care processes.
